咳可合剂对热性哮喘发作期儿童肺功能、诱导痰中EOS及血清ECP的影响

目的：观察咳可合剂对热性哮喘发作期儿童肺通气功能、诱导痰中EOS及血清ECP水平变化的影响。方法：将62例热性哮喘发作期患儿随机分为两组，治疗组32例采用咳可合剂治疗，对照组30例采用咳喘宁口服液治疗，疗程均为7d。比较两组治疗前后肺功能、诱导痰中Eos及血清ECP的变化。结果：两组均能提高肺功能指标PEF和PEF％，降低EOS及ECP水平，治疗前后组内比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗组变化优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：咳可合剂可通过调节患儿诱导痰中EOS及血清中ECP水平，减轻哮喘患儿的病理变化，从而控制哮喘的发作，咳可合剂是治疗小儿热性哮喘急性发作的有效中药。

Effects of Keke mixture on pulmonary function,Eos count in induced sputum,and serum ECP level in children with heat asthma attacks

Objective：To observe the effects of Keke mixture on the pulmonary ventilation function, eosinophil （Eos） count in induced sputum, and serum eosinophil cationic protein （ECP i level in＇ children with heat asthma attacks. Methods ： Sixty - two patients with heat asthma attacks were randomly divided into treatment group （ n = 32） and control group （n = 30）. The treatment group received Keke mixture, while the control group received Xiansheng Kechuanning. The course of treatment was 7 d for both groups. The two groups were compared in terms of changes in pulmonary function,Eos count in induced sputum, and serum ECP level. Results：Both groups had significantly increased peak expiratory flow （PEF） and PEF% and significantly reduced Eos count and ECP level （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the treatment group had significantly more improvements than the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Keke mixture can reduce the pathological changes in asthmatic children by regulating the Eos count in induced sputum and serum ECP level to control asthma attacks. Keke mixture is an effective traditional Chinese medicine in children with heat asthma attacks.
