动静平衡原则在儿童肘关节术后功能康复中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨动静平衡原则在指导儿童肱骨髁上骨折术后功能康复中应用的临床效果。方法:选取60例肱骨髁上骨折患儿,均采用切开复住经皮克氏针交叉固定术治疗,术后4周去除石膏,拔除克氏针。随机分为两组,每组30例,治疗组术后在动静平衡原则指导下行肘关节功能锻炼,对照组按传统康复方法于术后4周行功能锻炼。结果:肘关节功能优良率治疗组为93.3%,对照组为73.3%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:采用动静平衡原则进行儿童肘关节术后功能锻炼,具有促进肘关节功能康复、缩短功能恢复时间、减少并发症等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Application of principle of static and dynamic balance in postoperative functional rehabilitation among children with supracondylar fracture of humerus

Abstract:Objective : To investigate the clinical effect of the principle of static and dynamic balance in guiding the postoperative functional rehabilitation among children with supracondylar fracture of the humerus. Methods : Sixty children with supracondylar fracture of the humerus underwent open reduction and percutaneous crossed Kirschner wire fixation. At 4 weeks after operation, plaster was removed, and the Kirschner wire was pulled out. These patients were randomly divided into treatment group (n = 30) and control group (n = 30). In the treatment group, functional exercise of the elbow joint was performed under the guidance of the principle of static and dynamic balance after operation;in the control group, functional exercise was performed by the conventional rehabilitation method. Results: The treatment group had a significantly higher good rate of elbow joint function than the control group (93.3% vs 73.3 % ,P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion:The principle of static and dynamic balance can promote the functional recovery of elbow joint, shorten the time to functional recovery, and reduce complications in the postoperative functional rehabilitation among children with supracondylar fracture of the humerus, and it holds promise for clinical application.
