| 摘 要： | 目的探讨指导产妇及家属在产后24小时内按摩产妇子宫对产后出血的影响。方法随机抽取在2011年4月至2012年5月间我院收治的产妇700例，排除妊娠并发症及合并症，分成对照组和观察组，比较两组产妇产后24小时的出血情况。结果观察组产妇的产后出血率及出血量明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论在产后24小时指导产妇自我子宫按摩效果明显、方法简单、安全，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of teaching puerperas and family members to massage the puerpera＇s uterines within 24 hours after parturition on postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 700 puerperaes without gravidity complications in our hospital from April 2011 to May 2012 were randomly collected and divided into control group and observation group, to compare the postpartum hemorrhage within 24 hours after parturition. Results The ratio and volume ofpostpartum hemorrhage were obviously lower in the observation group than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Teaching puerperas to massage their own uterines within 24 hours after parturition is simple, safe and effective, which is worthy of clinical application. |
