术前皮肤准备对预防手术部位感染的作用探讨

目的探讨手术部位皮肤准备方式及时间，预防手术部位感染。方法术前使用2％葡萄糖氯己定或抗菌皂液沐浴或擦拭清洁手术部位；当手术野毛发较粗长、确需去除时，在术前即刻用不损伤皮肤的电动发剪剪毛。结果使用有消毒性能的清洁剂彻底清除手术切口部位和周围皮肤的污染和手术前即刻去除手术部位毛发，达到卫生部《外科手术部位感染预防和控制技术指南（试行）》要求。结论彻底清洁手术部位皮肤和术前即刻去毛，能有效减少局部皮肤表面的细菌数量，降低术后切口感染率。

Preoperative Skin Preparation for Prevention of Surgical Site Infection

Objective To explore the surgical site skin preparation methods and time, and prevent surgical site infection. Methods 2% glucose chlorhexidine or antibacterial soap was used to bath or wipe the surgical site; when the hair of surgical site was thick and long, electric hair cut was used to crop. Results Using cleanser with disinfection property to remove the pollution of surgical incision site and surrounding skin and preoperative removing hair of surgical site could reach the requirement of ＂Guideline for Surgical Site Infection Prevention and Control （for Trial Implementation） ＂Conclusions Thoroughly cleaning skin of surgical site and preoperative removing hair can minimize the bacteria of local skin surface, and effectively reduce the infection rate of postoperative incision.
