美皮贴和凡士林油纱用于甲床刨面换药的效果观察

目的比较关皮贴和凡士林油纱用于甲床创面换药的效果。方法对160例（197指／趾）甲床损伤后患者进行创面换药护理，将创面使用美皮贴护理的设为观察组，使用几士林油纱护理的设为对照组，并按常规治疗护理程序．对两种敷料揭去容易程度、揭去敷料时患者的疼痛程度、总换药时间、总费用进行分析。结果观察组共计108指／趾中，创面敷料易揭去的为79指／趾，较易揭去的为25指／趾，不易揭去的为4指／趾；对照组共计89指（趾）中，创面敷料易揭去的为7指／趾，较易揭去的为19指／趾，不易揭去的为63指／趾，两组比较有统计学意义（x2=112．25，P〈0．05）；观察组共计108指／趾中，创面敷料揭去时Ⅰ-Ⅱ疼痛的为83指／趾，Ⅲ疼痛的为20指／趾，Ⅳ疼痛的为5指／趾；对照组共计89指／趾中，创面敷料揭去时Ⅰ～Ⅱ疼痛的为4指／趾，Ⅲ疼痛的为51指／趾，Ⅳ疼痛的为34指／趾。两组比较有统计学意义（X2=105．99，P〈0．05）。观察组换药时间为（11．50±4．80）min，明显少于对照组时间（29．60±7．60）min，有统计学意义（t=-22．81，P〈0．05）。观察组治疗费用（158．10±13．40）元，少于对照组（183．60±42．10）元，但差异无统计学意义（t=-1．38，P〉0．05）。结论美皮贴用于甲床创面换药显著优于几士林油纱。值得推广和应用。

Research of Mepitel and Vaseline Gauze in Dressing Change on Nail Bed Wound

Objective To compare effects of the Mepitel and the Vaseline gauze in dressing change on nail bed wound. Methods 160 patients （197 digits） suffering lYom nail bed wound were divided into observation group with Mepitel and control group with Vaseline gauze. By routine therapy and nursing, the easiness of uncover, pain at dressing change, total time and total costs were analyzed. Results In all the 108 digits of observation group, 79 digits （73.15%） were uncovered easily, 25 were uncovered more easily, and 4 digits were not easily uncovered. In control group, the digits were 7, 19, and 63 in sequence. The comparison was statistically significant between two groups （X2 = 112.25, P〈0.05）. In the observation group, 83 digits （76.85%） felt pain at Ⅰ-Ⅱ at dressing change, 20 digits （18.52%） at Ⅲ, and 5 digits （4.63%） at Ⅳ. In the control group, the number was 4 digits （4.49%）, 51 digits （57.30%）, 34 digits （38.21%）. The comparison had statistical significance between the two groups （X2 = 105.99, P 〈0.05）. The dressing time also had statistical significance between the two groups, with mean time （11.50 - 4.80） min in observation group and （29.60±7.60） min in control group. For the cost, the observation group spent （158. 10± 13.40） yuan averagely, and （183.60±42.10） yuan in the control group, with no statistical difference between the two groups. Conclusions Mepitel is superior to the Vaseline gauze in dressing change on nail bed wound and is worth applying and recommending.
