影响高剖宫产率的社会因素分析及干预措施

目的对高剖宫产率的原因及影响进行分析，探讨降低剖宫产率的干预措施。方法对2007--2011年所有剖宫产的手术指征、剖宫产和正常分娩2种分娩方式的住院费用及住院天数进行统计分析。结果以社会因素为指征的剖宫产人数占所有剖官产的31．87％-42．13％，居所有指征的第1位。5年间剖宫产的住院费用增加了100．90％，而正常分娩的住院费用增加了43．90％，2种分娩方式的住院费用差距加大。结论社会因素是导致高剖宫产率的主要原因，高剖宫产率对母婴均造成一定的危害，并增加病人家庭及社会的经济负担。应加强产前宣教，提高助产技术并提供人性化的助产服务，以降低剖宫产率。

Analysis of social factors that impact the high rate of cesarean section and countermeasures

Objective To analyze the reasons for the rising rate of cesarean section and put forward Methods By comparison with all the medical indications between the normal delivery and cesarean section from 2007 to 2011 such as medical expenses and recovery time, to analyze the differences between the data. Results 31.80% to 42.13% of the people who choose cesarean section are almost affected by social factors. During these five years the expenses of cesarean section has increased to 100.90% which doubles that of the normal delivery, accounting for 43.90%. Conclusion Social factors are the main reason which affects the rising rate of cesarean section. What＇s more, it does harm to mothers and babies to a certain degree, which on the other hand increases the financial burden on the family. To decrease the rate of cesarean section, it is nec- essary to educate the pregnant women before delivery and strengthen obstetrics medical care personnel service skill, which can ac- tually control the cesarean section indications appropriately.
