护理干预对上颈椎手术的临床效果观察

目的探讨护理干预对上颈椎手术的效果。方法2011年7月至2012年6月本院收治上颈椎不稳患者26例．随机均分为两组，对照组采用常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上采取以健康教育、心理护理、术中护理配合等为主的护理干预措施；采用平林法JoA改善率评定疗效。结果干预组与对照组手术时间与出血量比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；干预组与对照组JoA改善率比较差异有极显著统计学意义（P〈0．01）；两组术中及术后均未出现严重并发症。结论系统的护理干预能取得上颈椎手术患者的积极配合，消除患者的恐惧心理，稳定患者的情绪，提高治疗效果，减少并发症的发生。

Nursing Intervention on Clinical Effects of Upper Cervical Surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on upper cervical spine surgery. Methods 26 patients with cervical instability in our hospital from July 2011 to June 2012 were evenly randomized into two groups, with 13 patients in each group. The control group were treated with routine nursing, the intervention group were treated with additional nursing intervention measures such as health education, psychological nursing and intraoperative nursing cooperation; the Hirabayashi method of JOA improvement rate was used to evaluate the effects. Results The intervention group and the control group had statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05） in operative time and bleeding amount; the intervention group and the control group were extremely statistically significant （P 〈0.01） in JOA improvement rate; both the two groups had no serious intraoperative and postoperative complications. Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention can get active cooperation from the patients with cervical spine surgery, eliminate the patient＇s fear, stabilize the patient＇s mood, improve the curative effect, and reduce the incidence of complications.
