剖官产术预防性应用头孢替唑钠的疗效及安全性分析

目的探讨剖宫产术预防性应用头孢替唑钠的疗效及安全性。方法90例行剖宫产术患者，分为观察组和对照组。对照组术后注射头孢替唑钠；观察组术中脐带结扎后即静脉应用，给予生理盐水100mL＋头孢替唑钠2．0g静脉滴注。结果观察组体温正常时间、感染发生率、白细胞升高与对照组相比，差异无显著性（P〉0．05）；观察组抗茵药物费用和术后住院天数少于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论剖宫产术中预防性应用头孢替唑钠具有较佳疗效，缩短疗程，优于术后多次用药。

Efficacy and Safety of Preventive Application of Ceftezole Sodium in Cesarean Section

Objective To discuss the efficacy and safety of preventive use ofceftezole sodium in cesarean section. Methods 90 cases with cesarean section were divided into two groups. The control group were injected with eeftezole sodium after operation, and the observation group were intravenously injected with saline 100 ml and ceftezole sodium 2.0 g after umbilical cord occlusion. Results Normal body temperature time, infection rate, leukocytosis of the observation group had no significant difference （P 〉0.05） compared with the control group. Antibacterial drug costs, postoperative hospital stay of the observation group were fewer than those in the control group, with significant difference （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Preventive use of ceftezole sodium in cesarean section is more effective with shorter treatment course, and is better than postoperative multiple dosing.
