健脾降浊汤治疗反流性食道炎50例临床观察

目的观察健脾降浊汤治疗反流性食道炎的临床疗效。方法将75例反流性食道炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组25例采用吗丁啉、雷尼替丁治疗;治疗组50例采用中药健脾降浊汤治疗。观察两组患者治疗后临床疗效及症状积分情况。结果两组患者治疗后,对照组总有效率为60%,治疗组为92%,两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。两组患者胃镜、症状积分比较,治疗组优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论健脾降浊汤治疗反流性食道炎疗效显著,可明显改善临床症状。

Clinical Observation of Jianpi Jiangzhuo Decoction on 50 Cases of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jianpi Jiangzhuo Decoction （decoction for strengthening spleen and reducing turbidity） on reflux esophagitis. Methods 75 cases of reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In control group （25 cases）, motilium and ranitidine were adopted. In treatment group （50 cases）, Jianpi Jiangzhuo Decoction was used. It was to observe the clinical efficacy and symptom scales after treatment in two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 60% in control group and was 92% in treatment group, indicating significant difference in comparison between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In comparison of gastroscope and symptom scales between two groups, the outcomes in treatment group were superior to those in control group, indicating significant difference （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Jianpi Jiangzhuo Decoction achieves quite good efficacy on reflux esophagitis and relieves apparently the clinical symptoms.
