| 摘 要： | 为了解低钙喉痉挛的临床征象及寻找经验教训，回顾分析1988年4月～1996年10月我院儿科15例低钙喉痉挛的临床资料，发现低钙喉痉挛是危及新生儿及小婴儿生命的重要疾病，提示临床医生对早期低钙喉痉挛的临床表现要有足够的重视及妥善处理。

| Abstract: | To know the clinical signs and symptoms of hypocalcic laryngospasm. Method The clinical information of 15 cases of newborns and small,infants with hypocalcic laryngospasm were retrospectively analysed. Results It was found that the hypocalcic laryngospasm was an important disease which could endanger the lives of the newborns and small infants. Conclusion It suggests to attach great importance and give appropriate treatment to early symptoms of hypocalcic laryngospasm. |
