肺隔离症6例临床分析

目的探讨肺隔离症的病因、诊断及治疗。方法回顾分析6例肺隔离症的临床诊断和治疗。结果1998年~2005年收治6例肺隔离症,其中叶内型5例,叶外型1。所有病例术前均已确诊,主要诊断手段为胸片、CT及CT三维重建技术。本组均为肺叶切除,无手术死亡及并发症发生。结论肺隔离症发病率低,诊断方法主要为X线、CT及CT三维重建技术检查,螺旋CT增强扫描三维重建可显示异常供血动脉,是诊断肺隔离症的首选检查方法。手术是本症最佳治疗方法。

A clinical analysis of pulmonary sequestration on 6 cases

Objective To explore the cause,diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary sequestration.Methods A total of 6 cases were analyzed on their clinical features and results of treatment.Results Between 1998 and 2005,6 cases were adimtted into hospital.Among them,5 cases were intralobar type,and 1 case was extralobar type.All cases were confirmed before operation by X-ray,CT,3D SCAT.Lobectomy was performed in every case,and no postoperative morbidity occurred.Conclusion Prevalence rate of PS was rare.The main method for the examination included X-ray,CT and 3D.3D reconstruction with enhanced spiral CT can detect anomalous systemic artery,which should be the first choice in the diagnosing pulmonary sequestration.The surgical operation is the best treatment for the disease.
