雄激素受体基因多态性与前列腺癌关系的研究

目的探讨前列腺癌与雄激素受体基因多态性(ARStuI)的关系.方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)分析的方法,对81例前列腺癌患者及90例同龄老年非前列腺癌男性ARStuI进行检测,分析ARStuI与前列腺癌之间的关系.结果前列腺癌患者和对照组中S1等位基因所占比例分别为12.3%和3.3%,差别具有显著意义(P=0.040);S1基因型与进展期(C、D期)肿瘤、高分级肿瘤(Gleason评分≥7)及高危险性肿瘤(进展期肿瘤或高分级肿瘤)均无显著性差异;S1在存在骨转移的患者中的比例为28.0%,而在无骨转移的患者中则为5.4%,其统计学差异具有显著意义(P=0.008).结论前列腺癌的易感性可能与ARStuI有关.

Association of genetic polymorphisms in the androgen receptor ARStuI with prostate cancer

Objective To explore the association of the genetic polymorphisms in the androgen receptor ARStuI with prostate cancer (PC). Methods The genetic polymorphisms in the androgen receptor ARStuI were measured in 81 cases with PC and 90 matched controls by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP), and their associations with PC were determined. Results The frequency of S1 genotype was 12.3% in the cases with prostate cancer, 3.3% in the matched controls (P=0.040). No significant associations were found between S1 allele and disease status, Gleason grade or disease progression. S1allele was more frequent among patients without the presence of bone metastsis (28.0% vs 5.4%, P=0.008). Conclusion The susceptivity to prostate cancer may be related to the genetic polymorphisms in the androgen receptor ARStuI.
