| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腺样体切除对儿童分泌性中耳炎听力的影响,以及术后并发症及术后住院时间的比较。方法192例分泌性中耳炎伴腺样体肥大患儿随机分为治疗组(手术组)与对照组(非手术组),分析比较两组患儿术后并发症及术后住院时间。结果治疗组的总效率为91.67%,对照组总有效率为79.17%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组并发症发生率39.58%,显著高于治疗组并发症的发生率(10.42%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组住院天数小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组96例纯音测听检查听力下降患儿术前和术后低频平均听阈上升(P<0.05)。结论对儿童分泌性中耳炎患儿采用腺样体切除术,可以取得较好的疗效,对听力的改善也具有显著的作用,值得临床推广和应用。
