广州地区解脲脲原体对7种药物体外敏感性研究

摘    要:目的测定7种抗菌药物对50株解脲脲原体体外抗菌作用效果。方法采用液体倍比稀释法测相应抗生素的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果红霉素、交沙霉素、阿奇霉素的MIC50分别为0.50、0.25、0.50mg/L,MIC90分别为4.00、4.00、4.00mg/L;加替沙星、左氧氟沙星、司帕沙星的MIC50分别为0.25、4.00、0.50mg/L,MIC90分别为2.00、64.00、2.00mg/L;四环素的MIC50为0.50mg/L,MIC90为32.00mg/L。结论大环内酯类药物中交沙霉素敏感性最高,喹诺酮类药物加替沙星、司帕沙星对解脲脲原体有较高敏感性,四环素的敏感性较低。

Abstract:Objective To determine the minimal inhibitory concentration(MIC)of Ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)to 7 groups of antimicrobials.Method The broth microdilution sensitivity testing was used to determine MIC of antimicrobial agents Result Determination of the sensitivity of Uu to 7 groups of antimicrobial agents showed that the MIC(50) of erythromycin,josasmycin,azithromycin were 0.50,0.25 and 0.50mg/L,respectively,while the MIC(90) of these three antibiotics were 4.00,4.00 and 4.00mg/L,respectively.As for quinolones,the MIC(50) of gatifloxacin,levofloxacin,sparfloxacin,were 0.25,4.00 and 0.50mg/L,respectively;the MIC(90) of these three antibiotics were 2.00,64.00 and 2.00mg/L,respectively.The MIC(50) of tetracycline was 0.50mg/L and its MIC(90) was 32.00mg/L.Conclusion As shown by the findings of MIC testing,the highest sensitivity of Uu among macrolides was to josasmycin,and then to azithromycin and erythromycin;Among the quinolones,the highest sensitivity was shown to gatifloxacin,the second was to sparfloxacin and the lowest was to levofloxacin;The MIC(50) of tetracycline was 0.50mg/L and the MIC(90) was 32.00mg/L.
