不同人群细菌性阴道病检测结果分析

目的分析细菌性阴道病(BV)在不同人群中的发病率,探索流行情况。方法应用革兰染色法,对421医院体检中心、性病门诊及妇科门诊体检中心3组就诊者,采集了1 171份阴道分泌物标本,进行了BV的实验室检查。结果体检中心BV发病率为7.80%,性病门诊为20.36%,妇科门诊为18.80%,3组人群总发病率为15.20%。性病门诊和妇科门诊BV发病率无差异,但该两组的发病率显著高于体检中心组。研究还显示,421医院所在地区不同人群的BV发病率基本上与年龄呈负相关,40岁以下人群高发,21~30岁人群发病率最高。结论BV是性病门诊及妇科门诊的常见病,应引起临床重视。

Analysis of the findings of detecting bacterial vaginosis among different groups of women

Objective To analyze incidence and prevalence of bacterial vaginosis(BV)among different groups of women.Methods A total of 1 171 samples of vaginal discharges were taken for BV detection from the medical examination center,STD clinic and gynecological clinic in our hospital.All vaginal specimens were detected for rapid gram stain by the Nugent diagnostic standard.Results The incidences of bacterial vaginosis were 7.80% in the medical examination center,20.36% in the STD clinic and 18.80% in the gynecological clinic.The average incidence was 15.20%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of bacterial vaginosis between the STD clinic and the gynecological clinic,but the BV incidence in these two units was much higher than that in the medical examination center.It was also found that incidences of bacterial vaginosis among different groups of women were reversely correlated with age,and women under 40-years of age had higher incidence of bacterial vaginosis,and the highest incidence was found in women aged 21-30years.Conclusion Bacterial vaginosis is a common condition in STD and gynecological clinics,and should be given serious attention in clinical practice.
