珠海市外来工预防艾滋病知识和态度调查

目的了解城市外来工的预防艾滋病的知识和态度。方法通过问卷调查获取资料,采用SPSS 10.1进行统计分析。结果共调查1 025人。对20个问题的总回答正确率为56.0%。对艾滋病的性传播、血液传播和母婴传播三种途径的正确知晓率分别为92.8%、89.6%和87.1%;对蚊虫叮咬、同桌吃饭不传播艾滋病的正确知晓率分别为36.0%和54.7%;对红丝带、艾滋病的发现时间、致病机理、世界艾滋病日等的正确知晓率分别为4.4%、6.5%、7.3%和12.2%。不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、户籍、职业、工龄者之间比较,总回答正确率差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。分别有28.8%和36.2%的被调查者了解"四免一关怀"政策或"免费自愿咨询检测"政策;分别有34.4%、35.3%和63.1%的被调查者赞成针具交换、美沙酮替代疗法和推广使用安全套来预防艾滋病。结论外来工对预防艾滋病知识的了解还不够全面,存在一些认识误区;大多数人对有关政策措施还不了解。这是今后应该加强宣传的重点。

Knowledge of and attitude to AIDS prevention among immigrant workers in Zhuhai city

Objective To understand the knowledge of and attitude to AIDS prevention among immigrant workers in Zhuhai city.Method A designed questionnaire was filled out by the study subjects.SPSS 10.1 was used to analyze the data obtained.Results A total of 1 025 subjects were investigated.The overall rate of correct answer on the 20 questions was 56.0%.Of the 1 025 subjects,92.8%,89.6% and 87.1% knew that HIV/AIDS could be infected through sex,blood and mother to child,respectively;the rate of correct answer on question that mosquito bite or dinning round the same table would not transmit HIV was 36% and 54.7%,respectively;and the rate of awareness of red silk ribbon,the time when the first AIDS case was diagnosed,the pathogenesis of AIDS,and the World AIDS Day was 4.4%,6.5%,7.3% and 12.2%,respectively.There was a statistical difference in the overall rates of correct answer among different groups of the subjects in respect with gender,age,marriage status,education,residence,occupation and years of employment.Of the(1 025) subjects,28.8% and 36.2% were informed of the policy of Four Free and One Care and free voluntary counseling and testing respectively;34.4%,35.3% and 63.1% accepted needle exchange program,substitution treatment with methadone and promotion of condom use for the prevention of AIDS.Conclusions The immigrant workers lack comprehensive knowledge on AIDS prevention and there were some misunderstandings among them.Most of them know little about the national policies of AIDS prevention.Therefore,intensive health education program should be provided for them.
