| 摘 要： | 目的探讨钠曲线(Sodium Profile,SP)与超滤曲线(Ultrafiltration Profile,UP)联合应用对血液透析低血压的防治作用。方法对10例维持性血液透析患者进行普通透析(CHD)及SP+UP透析各10次,监测透析过程中血压及血容量变化。结果CHD和SP+UP发生低血压的例次分别为22次和8次(2χ=7.063,P=0.008);透析结束时,CHD和SP+UP血容量分别下降(15.46±5.52)%和(9.21±5.23)%(P<0.05)。结论SP+UP对血容量有较好的维持作用,能显著降低透析低血压的发生。
