| Abstract: | Shortening average length of stay is a concept of hospital management. Average length of stay in Renji hospitalin recent 8 years proved shorten average length of stay can improve hospital management and fully utilize limited medicalresources. It can get a three wins result that the publics, government and hospital employee are all satisfied. |
