类风湿因子分型及定量检测的临床应用研究

目的:探讨类风湿因子(RF)分型定量检测对类风湿关节炎(RA)诊断、治疗及预后的意义。方法:分别采用散射比浊法和ELISA方法定量检测RA患者组和其他风湿病组血清中IgG-RF、IgM-RF、IgA-RF含量。结果:散射比浊法检测RF阳性率为54.35%,ELISA分型方法检测RF阳性率为78.26%,ELISA方法分型检测RF阳性率高于散射比浊法(P<0.01)。RA患者组与其他风湿病患者组样品中各型RF含量两两比较,RA患者组IgM-RF、IgA-RF、IgG-RF均显著高于其他风湿病组(P<0.05)。结论:ELISA方法分型定量检测RF,阳性率高,特异性强,对RA患者的诊断,活动度及疗效的观察有较大的临床意义。

The Quantity Detction of Rheumatoid Factor in Clinical Plication

Objective To research the clinical significance of qutantity detection of IgM-RF、 IgA -RF and IgG-RF in RA.Methods Measure the serum cotent of the IgM-RF、 IgA -RF and IgG-RF with ELISAinRApatient andother rheumatism patient. Results The positive rate of RF factor was 54.35%in nephelometry,and it was 78.26% in dividing type method. The positive rate of the dividing type method was higher than the nephelometry(P<0.05). Conclusion It has higher positive rate to detect RF in the dividing type method . There are greater clinical meanings in activity degree and observations of curative effect to RA patient with dividing type method.
