沧县农村地区土源性线虫感染监测结果分析

目的 了解你农村地区土源性线虫的感染情况,为制定防治措施提供科学依据.方法 按照《全国土源性线虫监测方案》要求,2009～2011年连续、系统地开展土源性线虫的感染监测,并对监测结果进行分析.结果 人群线虫总体便检阳性率为0.51％蛔虫感染率为0..29％,3～12岁儿童蛲虫平均感染率为2.62％,土壤标本未检出土源性线虫虫卵.结论 开展健康教育,提高个人卫生意识,检测点采取药物驱虫,落实改厕等各项综合措施,使土源性线虫病处于低水平流行.

Results of monitoring soil-transmitted nematodes infection in rural inhabitants in Cangxian County

Objective To understand the infectious status of soil-borne nematode in rual inhabitants of Cangxiang county Hebei province and to provide basis for making control and prevention measures.Methods The status of soil-transmitted nematode infection in Cangxiang county from 2009 to 2011 were monitored and the results were analyzed.Results The positive rate of nematode in the inhabitants by fecal examination was 0.51%.The infection rates of ascaris and pinworm were 0.29% and 2.62% in children aged 3-12 years.Soil-transmitted nematode eggs were not detected in soil samples.Conclusions Comprehensive measures of health education,enhancement of individual protection awareness,modification of sanitary toilets and practicing dafety drinking water,etc.be carried out to reduce the soil-transmitted nematode infection rate.
