| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨CT检查对结肠癌的诊断价值。、方法：选取本院2009年6月~12月的34例经手术证实的结肠癌患者，回顾性分析其CT表现，并与术后病理对照，分析CT诊断与分期的准确性。，结果：本组34例患者CT检查发现18例患者肠腔或肠壁局限’性软组织密度肿块，边界清楚，27例患者呈现结肠壁环形、半环形增厚；肠腔狭窄和形态不规则12例，淋巴结转移6例。结论：CT检查对中晚期结肠癌诊断和分期具有一定价值，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Ohjective： To evaluate CT examination in the diagnosis of colon cancer. Methods： A hospital in June 2009 -12 May 34 confirmed cases of colon cancer surgery was relrospeclively analyzed CT, and with postoperative pathology, analysis of the accuracy of CT diagnosis and staging. Results： 34 patients 18 patienls CT examination revealed the limitations of the inlesline or Ihe inlestinal wall soft tissue densily mass with （：lear borders, 27 palients showed colon wall ring, semi-circular thickening; lumen narrow and irregular in 12 cases, lymph node metaslases in 6 cases. Conclusion： CT examination in the diagnosis and staging of advanced colorectal cancer has some value and is worthy of promotion. |
