封闭疗法用于颈内静脉置管局部感染早期的效果观察

目的：通过随机对照研究，探讨封闭疗法治疗颈内静脉置管局部感染早期的治疗效果。方法：72例患者随机分为对照组（n=36）和实验组（n=36），对照组用0．5％碘伏消毒，实验组在对照组的基础上采用1％利多卡因溶液在导管两侧做局部点状封闭治疗。结果：对照组感染治疗有效率72％，实验组为91．7％。两组比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：封闭疗法是治疗颈内静脉置管局部感染早期的有效方法，值得推广。

The effect of block therapy used early local infection of catheterization in internal carotid vein

Objective： To investigate the effecl of treatment of early local infection caused by cathelerization in internal carotid vein by block therapy through randomized control trial. Method： 72 patients were randomly divided into control （n=36） and experimenlal groups （n=36）. Control group was disinfected by 0.5% Iodophors, and the experimental group on the basis of the conlrol group was done topical and ptmctiform closed treatmenl on both sides of the tube by 1% lidocaine solution. Results：the Ireatment rate was 72% in control group while was 91.7% in experimental group, the two groups was statistically significant. Conclusion： The block therapy in the treatment of early local infection caused by cathelerization in internal carotid vein is an effective method, which should be promoted.
