我院骨科病区围手术期抗菌药物用药分析

目的:分析我院骨科试行"浙江省抗菌药物临床合理应用指导方案"前后围手术期抗菌药物的使用情况。方法:对骨科2004年7月60例,2003年7月66例手术病人围手术期抗菌药物使用品种、用药频度、联合用药、使用方法等进行统计分析。结果:2004年7月60例围手术期病例中,单一用药28例(46.7％),二联用药24例(40.0％),三联及以上用药无,未用抗菌药物8例(13.3％);围手术期合理使用抗菌药物23例(38.3％),基本合理32例(53.3％),人均药品费用为1 869.20元。2003年7月66例围手术期病例中,单一用药24例(36.4％),二联用药36例(54.5％),三联用药4例(6.1％),三联以上用药无,未用抗菌药物2例(3.0％);围手术期合理使用抗菌药物11例(16.7％),基本合理29例(43.9％),人均药品费用为2218.50元。结论:执行《抗菌药物临床合理应用指导方案》,可显著提高临床围手术期合理使用抗菌药物水平。

Analysis of the Usage of Antibiotics during Perioperative Period in Orthopedics Area of the No.1 Pepole's Hosptal of Hangzhou

Objective: To compare the circumstances of using antibiotics between before and after "The Guide for Clinical Reasonable Application of Antibiotics of Zhejiang Province ' was carried out in orthopedics. Methods: In this test, 60 patients in July of 2004 and 66 patients in July of 2003 in our orthopedics were selected. The kinds, the frequency of usage, the circumstances of combination and usage method of antibioticswere statistically analyzed. Results: In July of 2004, the rate of cases given by single-antibiotic was 46.7% (28/60), the rate of cases given by two-antibiotics combined was 40.0% (24/60), and there were no circumstances of three or above medicines combination. 13.3% (8/60) of cases did not use any antibiotics. The rate of rational use of antibiotics during perioperative period was 38.3 % (23/60). Each case costed 1869.20 yuan(RMB) for drugs. But in July of 2003, the rate of cases given by single-antibiotic was 36.4% (24/66), and the rate of cases given by two-antibiotics combined was 54.5% (36/66) .6.1% (4/66) of cases were given by three or above medicines combination, and 3.0% (2/66) of cases did not use any antibiotics. The rate of rational use of antibiotics during perioperative period was 16.7% (11/66) . Each case costed 2 218.50 yuan(RMB) for drugs. Conclusion: After carrying out "The Guide for Clinical Reasonable Application of Antibiotics of Zhejiang Province", the use of antibiotics during perioperative period was obviously reasonable.
