大鼠直肠肛梳区的淋巴管形态结构

目的:观察大鼠直肠肛梳区淋巴管的分布和形态结构特点,探讨大分子物质淋巴道转运的形态学基础. 方法:应用半薄切片和超薄切片技术行光镜及电镜观察大鼠直肠肛梳区的淋巴管结构. 结果:大鼠肛梳区的毛细淋巴管见于真皮乳头层,网状层、皮下组织、肌间可见到比较丰富毛细淋巴管和淋巴管. 毛细淋巴管内皮细胞中含有大量的囊泡;内皮细胞连接有重叠、嵌插和端端连接三种类型,有的处于开放状态. 结论:肛梳区的淋巴管分布与皮肤的相似,大分子物质转运以囊泡系统和内皮细胞连接开放两种途径.

Morphologic structure of lymphatic vessels in anal pecten of rats' rectum

AIM: To observe the distribution and morphologic features of lymphatic vessels in anal pecten of rats' rectum and to study the morphological foundation of lymphous transport mechanism of big molecule substance.METHODS: The lymphangial configuration was observed under a light microscope and a transmission electron microscope by using semi-thin sections and ultra-thin sections technique respectively.RESULTS: There were comparatively plentiful capillary lymphatic vessels in the dermal papilla layer,reticular layer,hypodermis and inter-muscles.There were many vesicles in the endothelial cells of capillary lymphatic vessels.The three kinds of endothelial cell junctions were overlapping-junctions,embedding-junctions and end-to-end-type junctions.CONCLUSION: The distribution of lymphatic vessels in anal pecten of rats' rectum is similar to that in cutis.There are two ways for big molecule substance transporting: vesicle system and opening-junction of endothelial cells.
