脑室及腰大池穿刺置管加尿激酶灌注外引流术治疗脑室铸型出血

目的观察脑室及腰大池穿刺置管加尿激酶灌洗外引流术治疗脑室铸型出血的疗效。方法对30例脑室铸型出血患者采用双侧脑室额角及腰大池穿刺置管术,术后予尿激酶脑室内灌注,交替开放外引流,观察其疗效。结果本组30例病人死亡6例,存活病人无脑积水发生。结论该方法可以迅速清除脑室系统及蛛网膜下腔的积血,重塑脑脊液循环通路,明显降低脑室铸型出血的死亡率。

External Drainage Combined with Infusing urokinase to Treattotal Ventficular Hemorrhage by Punctureing the Ventricleand the Iumber Cisten

Objective To study the effect of treatment on total ventricular hemorrhage（TVH）by punctureing the ventricle the lumber cisten combined with infusing urokinase.Methods 30patients were inserted drainage tube into the bilateral frontal horn lumber cisten,meanwhile infused urokinase,then do external drainage alternately.Results Among the 30 patients 6 patients were dead,while 24 patients survived without the incidence of hydrocephalus.Conclusion This method could eliminate the blood inside the ventricule and subrachnoid rapidly,and make the cerebrospinal fluid circulation recovered, and lower the dirth-rate of TIH obvioulsy.
