腹膜透析治疗急性肾功能衰竭52例疗效观察

目的探讨腹膜透析（PD）治疗急性肾功能衰竭（ARF）的疗效价值。方法选择2007年2月-2009年2月收治的急性肾功能衰竭患者104例，并随机分为观察组、对照组各52例，对照组急性肾功能衰竭52例行内科常规治疗，主要是加强饮食管理，并积极治疗原发病，控制或去除诱因及加重因素，包括抗感染、输血、补液、纠正水电解质和酸碱平衡紊乱，维持血压在大致正常范围，补充红细胞生成素及铁剂纠正贫血等辅助治疗措施。腹膜透析治疗急性肾功能衰竭52例为观察组，在内科常规治疗的基础上行腹膜透析，并比较对照两组治疗后的临床表现和生化指标、治愈率、死亡率。结果观察组在提高治愈率、降低死亡率等方面明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论腹膜透析治疗ABF临床疗效显著，是一种安全、简便、效果好的透析方法，早期预防性透析乃是降低ARF死亡率的关键。

Clinical observation of the peritoneal dialysis for 52 cases with acute renal failure
