摘    要:目的:探讨血必净注射液联合前列腺素E1(PGE1)注射液对实验性急性肺间质纤维化大鼠的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法:采用一次性气管内注射博来霉素(BLM)的方法复制大鼠肺间质纤维化模型,将大鼠随机分为6组,待处死后,行支气管肺泡灌洗并收集灌洗液(BALF)用ELISA方法测定TNF-α水平。结果:血必净联合PGE1明显抑制TNF-α的表达,尤其第7天时与各组比较(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:血必净联合PGE1联合应用能有效抑制实验性肺纤维化大鼠TNF-α的表达。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Xuebijing Injection(XBJI)and Prostaglandin E1(PGE1)in prevention and cure acute pulmonary interstitial fibrosis(PIF)induced by bleomycin in rats.Methods:Acute PIF models of bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis were established in rats.Wistar rats were randomly divided into six groups,all groups were put to death and Bronchoalveolar lavage were collects and ELISA was applied fortumor necrosis factor-α quantitation.Results:XBJI and PGEl had definite effect in inhibiting the TNF-α,especially the comparison of the other groups on the 7th day(P<0.05 or 0.0 1).Conclusion:XBJI and PGE 1 had definite effect in inhibiting the TNF-α of the bleomycin-induced pulmonary rats.
