| 摘 要： | 目的观察复方甘草酸苷（StrongerNeo-Minophagen C,SNMC）联合依巴斯汀（Ebastin）治疗慢性湿疹皮炎类疾病的临床疗效和安全性。方法将86例慢性湿疹皮炎类患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组46例给予口服SNMC60mg/次,3次/d,同时口服Ebastin10mg,1次,共1~3周。对照组40例单纯口服Ebastin10mg/次,1次/d,共1-3周。结果治疗组总有效率为89.13%,明显高于对照组总有效率52.50%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=14.269,P〈0.01）。结论复方甘草酸苷片联合依巴斯汀片治疗慢性皮炎湿疹安全有效,不良反应小。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy and safety of StrongerNeo-Minophagen C（SNMC）combined with Ebastin in the treatment of patients with chronic dermatitis.Methods 86 outpatients were divided randomly into two groups respectively：46 of them were treated with SNMC 60 mg,tid,in combination with Ebastin 10 mg/d for 1 to 3 weeks;40 patients in control group were treated only with Ebastin.Results The effective rate was 89.13% in the treatment group and 52.50% in the control group,and the effective rate had statistically different（P〈0.01）between the two groups.Conclusion This study indicates that SNMC combined with Ebastin was effective and safe in the treatment of patients with chronic dermatitis. |
