| 摘 要： | 应用ELISA双抗体夹心法测定41例胃癌患者血浆D-二聚体水平,结果表明,胃癌组D-二聚体水平明显高于健康对照组和慢性胃炎组(P<0.01),低分化癌明显高于高分化癌(P<0.05),Ⅲ～IV期患者明显高于Ⅰ～Ⅱ期患者(P<0. 05)。15例肿瘤切除后D-二聚体比术前显著降低(P<0.01),术后复发者又复升高。提示动态测定血浆D-二聚体变化对肿瘤患者的病情判断、疗效观察和评估预后具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | The levels of plasma D-dimer were detected by sandwich ELISA in 52 patients with gastric cancer. The results showed that the mean levels of plasma D-dimer of gastric cancer patients were much higher than that of healthy subjects and that of gastritis (P<0.01). D-dimer levels in patients with poorly-differentiated cancers were higher than those in patients with well differentiated cancers (P<0.05), and plasma D-dimer levels of stage III-IV patients were significantly higher than that of stage I- II patients (P< 0. 05) . The plasma D-dimer levels of 25 postoperative gastric cancer patients were significantly lower than the levels obtained before operation ((P<0.01). These results suggest that plasma D-dimer levels assay dynamicly is important for the assessment of the stage and the response to medical intervention and the prognosis in gastric cancer. |
