| 摘 要： | 目的通过对6例肺出血肾炎综合征患者影像表现，分析其误诊原因：方法回顾性分析2003年～2008年我院6例肺出血-肾炎综合征患者X线及CT影像表现。结果3例诊断为肺出血肾炎综合征，1例误诊为肺炎，1例误诊为支气管扩张并感染，1例误诊为肺结核。结论肺出血肾炎综合征肺部X线及CT影像表现无特异性，单凭影像学表现，对“异病同影”未加认真分析，导致误诊。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze image and misdiagnosis of 6 cases with Goodpasture＇s syndrome. Methods The image of 6 cases with Goodpasture＇s syndrome from 2003 to 2008 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 3 cases were diagnosed as Goodpasture＇s syndrome, 1 ease was misdiagnosed as pneumonia, 1 case was misdiagnosed as bronehieetasia, 1 case was misdiagnosed as pulmonary tuberculosis. Conclusion There is no specificity of pulmonary, image （CR/DR,CT） with Goodpasture＇s syndrome. If the different diseases with the same image were not analyzed carefully, the misdiagnosis happen easily. |
