| 摘 要： | 目的分析柳州市艾滋病流行现状和发展趋势，为采取有效控制措施提供科学依据。方法采用哨点监测、综合监测、自愿咨询检测、重点人群筛查和专题流行病学调查等方法，收集全市艾滋病病毒感染资料和艾滋病病例报告资料。结果2007年全市共筛查监测各类人群147153人，检出HIV抗体阳性者1124人，检出率0．76％。年龄最小的1．5岁，最大的90岁，年龄20-39岁者占82．61％，传播途径经静脉吸毒占50．26％，性传播占22．45％，输血，血液制品占0．87％，母婴0．35％，吸毒/性传播4．72％，不详占21．35％。结论柳州市HIV流行已经由静脉吸毒人群经性乱人群向一般人群蔓延，静脉吸毒、性乱人群为该市艾滋病传播的重要因素。应进一步加大综合监测、健康教肓、行为干预和“四免一关怀”力度。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the current prevalence of AIDS and its prevalent trend in Liuzhou. Methods The individual and a comprehensive monitoring,volunteer checking,target population screening,and an epidemiological survey conducted tocollect the data of HIV and AIDS control. Results Of all the 147 153 people monitored in 2007,1 124 people were positive for HIV (0.67%). The youngest one was 1.5 years old,while the oldest is 90 years old.
