| 摘 要： | 目的比较了不同产地野生与栽培头花蓼中总黄酮的含量差异。方法紫外分光光度法测定了头花蓼中总黄酮的含量。结果11批头花蓼中,贵州盘县、云南昆明、西藏墨脱等地野生头花蓼中总黄酮的含量较高,贵州施秉栽培头花蓼中总黄酮的含量较高。结论不同产地野生与栽培头花蓼中总黄酮的含量存在一定的差异,应注意生长环境对药材质量的影响。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the contents of the total flavone in the wild and cultivated Polygonum capitatum from eleven producing areas.MethodsUV-VIS spectrophotometry methods were used to determine the contents of the total flavone.Results In the eleven kinds of Polygonum capitatum,those produced in Panxian,Kunming and Motuo contained the total flavone more,and the cultivated Polygonum capitatum in Shibing contained the total flavone more.ConclusionThe content of the total flavone in the wild and cultivated Polygonum capitatum from various areas is different,and attention must be paid to the effects of environment on the quality of herbs. |
