| 摘 要： | 介绍了王烈教授运用三期分证的理论治疗哮喘的经验。王老将小儿哮喘分为发作期、缓解期和稳定期三期,发作期与痰壅、气阻、血瘀及风邪有关,妙用活血化瘀、理气除痰之法;缓解期病机关键为痰伏于内,自拟缓哮汤治疗;稳定期以肾气不固、痰邪内伏为主要病因,以防哮汤调治。在临床上取得了显著疗效。

| Abstract: | Introduced professor Wang Lie's experience on treating children asthma by three period.Professor Wang divides child asthma into action period,alleviate period and stability period.The action period has something to do with accumulation of phlegm,stagnation of qi,blood stasis and wind,treates by promoting blood circulation to removing blood stasis and regulating the flow of qi to resolving phlegm.The key pathogenesis in alleviate period is phlegm,which Huanxiao Decoction is used.The important pathogenic factor in stability period is unconsolidation of the kidney-qi and phlegm,so takes Fangxiao Decoction to treat.And obtaines good curative effect in clinic. |
