| 摘 要： | 目的探讨糜子垫对皮肤压疮的预防作用.方法随机将300例病人分为实验组(150例)和对照组(150例),实验组病人皮肤易受压部位使用糜子垫(自制),对照组使用棉褥垫.结果两组在护理服务时间﹑翻身次数﹑间隔时间﹑工作量指数等方面比较,均P＜0.05;两组在皮肤潮湿感、皮肤灼热感、皮肤发红、压疮发生率等方面比较,均P＜0.01;差异有显著性.结论糜子垫有预防皮肤压疮的作用,且经济实惠.

The Application Study of Gruel Pad in the Prevention of Bedsore |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of gruel pad in the prevention of bedsore.Methods 300 patients were randomly divided into experiment group (n =150)and contrast group (n=150).The gruel pad was used in the accessibly pressed skin in the experiment group and the cotton used in the contrast group. Results There was significant difference in the nursing time,turn over times,the interval of turning patients over and workload index between the two groups (all P<0.05 ); there was significant difference in the skin moist sensation, skin burning heat sensation, skin earthrises and bedsore rate between the two groups (all P<0.01 ). Conclusions Gruel pad has effect on prevention of bedsore. |
