| 摘 要： | 对工作中常遇到的易混淆的疾病诊断名称ICD-10编码进行分析，总结解决易混淆的疾病诊断名称ICD-10编码的方法：认真仔细阅读病历是关键；其次熟悉掌握ICD-10分类规则、熟悉各种疾病的病名渊源、病因病理、临床表现，对临床诊断多加分析注意区分，总结经验，才能提高编码的正确率。

| Abstract: | Objective the present study analyzed the easily confused disease diagnosis for ICD - 10 coding during daily work, and summarized solutions for ICD - 10 coding of those diagnosis. The key is to read medical records carefully. Next is to understand the classification rule of ICD - 10, and the history of each disease, etiology, pathology as well as clinical manifestations of all diseases. Meanwhile, special attention should be attached to the classification of disease name. At least, summing up experience is necessary for improving the accuracy rate of coding. |
