清热利湿法对小鼠CCl4急性肝损伤的保护作用

目的:观察清热利湿法对四氯化碳(CCl4)诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤的保护作用.方法:给小鼠以0.12?l4花生油溶液腹腔注射,制备急性化学性肝损伤模型,测定各组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)活性,计算肝脏指数,光镜下观察肝组织病理学变化.结果:小鼠灌胃给予清香散后,清香散大、小剂量组均能显著降低CCl4所致小鼠急性肝损伤血清ALT、AST活性及肝脏指数(P<0.05),大剂量组能明显改善肝组织损伤的程度,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).小剂量组虽有改善肝组织损伤的趋势,但与模型组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:清热利湿法对CCl4诱导的小鼠急性肝损伤有保护作用.

Protection of Eliminating Heat and Removing Dampness Against Carbon Tetrachloride(CCl4)-Induced Acute Liver Injury in Mice

Objective:To observe the protective effects of eliminating heat and removing dampness(EHRD) on the CCl 4 induced acute liver injury in mice.Methods:Acute liver injury model was induced by intraperitoneal injection of 0.12% CCl 4.The levels of serum ALT and AST were measured, liver index was calculated and pathological changes of liver were observed with optic microscope.Results:After given Qingxiang Powder(QP, representative formula of EHRD) orally to the mice, both high and low dose QP significantly lowered the serum ALT, AST and liver index(P<0.05).High dose QXS greatly ameliorated the liver damage(P<0.05).There was no significance between low dose QP and model group in ameliorating the liver damage(P>0.05).Conclusion:EHRD can protect liver from the acute injury induced by CCl 4 in mice.
