摘    要:近年来,随着色谱技术的不断发展,细胞膜色谱在多肽类活性物质的研究中得到了广泛的应用。本文在总结国内外相关文献的基础上,介绍了细胞膜色谱技术的原理和特点、细胞膜色谱技术的分类以及细胞色谱技术在多肽类活性成分的研究进展。总结并提出了细胞膜色谱检测多肽的优点、目前存在的问题,展望了前景。

Abstract:In recent years, with the continuous development of chromatography technology, cell membrane chromatography has been widely used in the study of polypeptide active substances. On the basis of summarizing the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper introduces the principle and characteristics of cell membrane chromatography, the classification of cell membrane chromatography and the research progress of cell chromatography in polypeptide active components. The advantages and existing problems of polypeptide detection by cell membrane chromatography were summarized and put forward, and the prospect was prospected.
