新式剖宫产术与传统剖宫产术的比较

目的 探讨新式剖宫产术的临床意义。方法 将376例有剖宫产术指征的孕妇分为两组,其中研究组采用新式剖立产术(n=195例),对照组采用传统下腹部纵切口子宫下段剖宫产术(n=181例)。结果研究组总手术时间,手术开始到胎儿娩出时间,术后排气时间与对照组比较均明显缩短,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组术中出血量差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 新式剖宫产术对产妇损伤小,术后恢复快;住院时间短,住院费用低;优于传统剖宫产术,值得临床推广应用。

A comparison between the Stark ' s operation and the traditional cesarean section

Objective To study the clinical manifestations of cesarean section by Stark "s method. Methods 376 pregnant women with indications for cesarean section were divided into 2 groups: study group ( n = 195), Stark ' s operations were performed; and control group (n = 181) traditional cesarean sections were done. Results The total operation time, time interval from the beginning of operation to the delivery of newborn, and the time period of postoperative recovery of bowel mover-ment were significantly shorter in the study group than those in the control group (P < 0.05) .There was no significant difference in mean blood loss during operation between the two groups (P > 0.05) .Conclusions The Stark ' s operation has the advantages of less trauma, faster postoperative recovery and shorter hospital stay than those of the traditional cesarean section. It is worth being adopted extensively in most obsteric units.
