| 摘 要： | 目的探讨生脉注射液在治疗老年人慢性肾衰患者血液透析相关低血压的适应证和疗效。方法73例老年人慢性肾衰患者伴有相关低血压患者随机分为2组,分别采用生脉注射液和常规治疗,观察2组治疗效果。结果生脉注射液治疗组低血压的纠正效果明显高于对照组,同时也使干预次数明显减少。结论生脉注射液是一种有效的治疗老年人慢性肾衰患者的透析相关低血压的药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of pulse activating injection on the hemodialysis related hypotension in the senile patients with chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods 73 cases of senile CRF patients with hemodialysis related hypotension were randomly divided into two groups： group Ⅰ was treated with pulse activating injection and group Ⅱ was treated with routine therapy. Results Pulse activating injection can effectively resume the blood pressure in treating senile CRF patients with hemodialysis related hypotension,and can reduce the treating times significantly. Conclusions Pulse activating injection is an effective drug for hemodialysis related hypotension in senile patients with CRF. |
