培哚普利对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清血浆超敏C反应蛋白的影响

目的研究培哚普利对不稳定型心绞痛患者超敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）含量的影响。方法将56例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组（28例）和对照组（28例）。对照组予以硝酸酯类药物、抗凝等常规治疗,治疗组除予以上述药物外,还给予培哚普利4 mg,每日1次口服连续治疗56 d。在治疗前、治疗后第14 d、28 d、56 d分别抽取静脉血,用比浊法检测血清hs-CRP含量。结果对照组hs-CRP在治疗后血清hs-CRP含量较治疗前无显著降低（P〉0.05）;治疗组hs-CRP在治疗后血清hs-CRP含量较治疗前有显著降低（P〈0.01）。结论培哚普利能明显降低不稳定型心绞痛患者的血清hs-CRP水平。

Effect of perindopril on plasma levels of hs-CRP in patients with unstable angina pectoris

Objective To explore the effect of perindopril on plasma levels of hs-CRP in patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP）.Methods 56 cases with unstable angina pectoris were randomly divided into two groups,contrast group and experimental group.Contrast groups were given routine remedy..Besides a normal treatment,the experimental group took 4 mg Perindopril per day.Levels of CRP was checked before and after the treatment in 14 day、28 day、56day respectively.Results Compared with control group,the level of hs-CRP was lower in experimental group,the difference was significant the level of CRP were apparently reduced after the therapy.Conclusion Perindopril seems to have effect on inflammatory responses in UAP.
