“生命网”全面干预心脑血管疾病危险因素,降低脑卒中风险

目的 探讨"生命网"疾病管理对患者10年脑卒中发生率的影响.方法 观察入网患者的药物治疗率、血压、血脂达标率以及10年脑卒中发生率.结果 新入网、第1次、第2次和第3次随访的他汀药物治疗率分别为54.47%、83.79%、73.33%和85.72%,抗血小板药物治疗率分别为78.05%、84.62%、87.50%和100%,收缩压/舒张压达标率分别为63.44%/79.93%、56.34%/76.06%、60.00%/70.37%和64.29%/66.67%,LDL-C达标率分别为51.50%、61.11%、40.00%和66.67%;新入网、随访6个月的患者10年脑卒中发生率男性为29.79±18.73和20.12±9.38(P=0.0001),女性为31.18±21.83和19.58±9.77(P=0.0006).结论 "生命网"有效干预心脑血管疾病危险因素,降低脑卒中风险.

Decreasing the risk of stroke through the intervention of the risk factors in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease by Heart care network

Objective To discuss the effect ofHeart care network disease management on the incidence rate of stroke in ten years.
