巴曲抗栓酶对老年腔隙性脑梗死病人的微循环和血液流变学影响

摘    要:目的 :探讨巴曲抗栓酶对老年腔隙性脑梗死病人甲襞微循环及血液流变学的影响。方法 :经CT或MRI确诊的老年腔隙性脑梗死病人 4 8例 ,给巴曲抗栓酶治疗 ,d 1给 10BU ,以后 5BU ,qod ,ivgtt ,总剂量 2 0BU ,治疗前后分别进行甲襞微循环及血液流变学检测。结果 :腔隙性脑梗死病人均有明显微循环及血液流变学异常 ,治疗后异常指标得到改善 ,但管攀模糊、微静脉口径、血流速度、红细胞聚集及微血栓数等指标与正常对照组差异无显著意义 (P >0 .0 5) ,临床总有效率 96 %。结论 :巴曲抗栓酶可改善老年腔隙性脑梗死病人的微循环及血液流变学异常 ,可起到“微血管疏通剂”的作用。

Abstract:AIM: To observe the effects of batroxobin(DF 521) on nailfold microcirculation and hemorhelogy in senile lacunar infarcts. METHODS: Forty eight patients with senile lacunar infarcts whose diagnosis were confirmed by CT and MRI were treated by batroxobin (DF 521), d 1 10 BU, d 3 and d 5 both with 5 BU, iv drip. Their nailfold microcirculation and hemorheology around the treatment were detected. RESULTS: All patients had obvious abnormalities in microcirculation and hemorheology. Abnormal indices were improved even approached to the level of normal control group after treatment. There was no significant difference in clarity of capillary loops, the diameter of efferent limbs, velocity of blood flow, RBC aggregation and the number of microthrombus between the 2 groups at the end of treatment ( P >0.05). The clinical symptoms were also improved in 96% of patients. CONCLUSION: Batroxobin (DF 521) improved the abnomal microcirculation and hemorhelogy in senile lacunar infarcts.
