保定市传染病医院防止SARS交叉感染的经验及体会

目的 探讨防止SARS在医院交叉感染的有效措施。方法 (1)病区独立设置，污染区、半污染区、清洁区分开，且安装有大功率排风扇。(2)有健全的消毒隔离制度及岗前培训。有严格的一整套病区医护人员的防护程序。(3)合理分工，思想工作和预防措施。结果 在我院参加救治SARS病人的223名医护人员，以及加上后勤保障人员、职能科室人员等所有到传染病医院参加抗击SARS的工作人员共365人无一人感染。结论 以上措施完全可以防止SARS在医院交叉感染。

The Experience of Preventing SARS Cross Infection in Baoding Infectious Diseases Hospital

Objective To study the methods of preventing nosocomial infection with SARS. Methods 1. Establishing independent SARS in-patient department with seperate contaminated area,semi-contaminated area,clear area.Installing exhaust fan with high power.2 Establishing a sound system of disinfection,isolation,on-the-job training and a whole strict protection precedure of medical workers in SARS in-patient department.3 Establishing reasonable system of division of work.Strengthening ideological work and protection. Results None of the 365 medical workers,including roentgenlogists, laboratory technicians and 223 physicians and nurses were infected with SARS virus. Conclusions The methods used in Baoding Infectious Disease Control Hospital could prevent the nosocomial infection of SARS.
