腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创保胆取石术临床疗效研究

目的：探讨腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创保胆取石术的手术方法及临床疗效。方法：回顾分析我院肝胆科2010年1月至2012年3月收治的124例胆囊结石患者的临床资料,其中行腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创保胆取石术72例作为观察组,标准三戳孔法进行胆囊切除52例作为对照组。结果：观察组在术中出血量和术后住院时间方面显著优于对照组,P〈0.05。观察组FACT-G平均得分均明显高于对照组,P〈0.05。结论：腹腔镜联合胆道镜微创保胆取石术是安全性高、创伤小、痛苦小、恢复快的治疗方法。

Approach of Treating Cholecystalithiasis and Preservation Cholecyst by Laparoscopy Combined with Choledochoscopy in the Method of Microscopic Trauma

Objective： To evaluate the method and effect of treating cholelithiasis with a mini-invasive operation out of the peritoneal cavity by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscope for preservation of cholecyst and removal of calculus.Method： Retrospectively analyzed clinical data of 124 patients with cholelithiasis from Jan.2010 to Mar.2012.72 patients treating cholecystalithiasis and preservation cholecyst by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the method of microscopic trauma,52 patients used three-hole method.Result： The amount of bleeding,length of stay have significance（P0.05）.The FACT-G average score have significance（P0.05）.Conclusion： Treating cholecystalithiasis and preservation cholecyst by laparoscopy combined with choledochoscopy in the method of microscopic trauma is a safe,less surgical trauma,few-pain and well recovering way.
