9857例泌尿生殖道解脲支原体人支原体检测及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:检测我院2009年至2010性病门诊病人解脲支原体(Uu)和人型支原体(Mh)在泌尿生殖道的感染率并检测其耐药情况,以指导临床合理用药。方法:采用支原体培养、鉴定和药敏试剂盒对本院收集到的9857例标本进行培养和体外药敏试验。结果:9857例患者标本中4521例支原体阳性(45.9%),其中Uu阳性2450例(54.2%),Mh阳性615例(13.6%),Uu+Mh阳性混合感染1456例(32.2%)。4521例Uu、Mh、混合感染阳性标本对9种抗菌药物耐药性结果为:交沙霉素6.9%,15.5%,12%;氧氟沙星84.8%,1.3%,94.8%;司巴沙星63.4%,46.1%,67%;罗红霉素49%,84.4%,98.7%;阿奇霉素58.7%,46%,73.1%;强力霉素16.5%,15.4%,16.8%;美满霉素15.8%,15.9%,11.7%;克林霉素83.1%,53.6%,44.4%;左氧氟沙星55.4%,61.5%,52.7%。结论:UU和Mh是泌尿生殖道感染中常见的病原体之一,通过对Uu和Mh的培养、鉴定及药物敏感试验结果可见对性病预防、保健及优生工作有重要的意义;同时,对指导临床治疗合理用药也具有指导意义。

Abstract:Objective: To analyse ureaplasma urealyticum(Uu)and mycoplasma hominis(Mh)infection and resistance change of the urogenital inflammation patients in the hospital from 2009 to 2010,so as to provide the latest epidemiological data,clinical infection rates and medication guide for clinical.Method: 9857 samples after the genitourinary tract secretion which was from our hospital STD clinical department were detected by the mycoplasma culture and drug susceptibility integration test.Result: Uu,Mh,Uu and Mh general positive detection rates were 54.2%,13.6%,32.2% of the 9875 urogenital inflammation patients.Uu,Mh,Uu and Mh rates:josamycin 6.9%,15.5%,12%;ofloxacin 84.8%,61.3%,94.8%;spaflexacin 63.4%,46.1%,67%;roxithromycin 49%,84.4%,98.7%;azithromycin 58.7%,46%,73.1%,doxycycline16.5%,15.4%,16.8%;minocycline15.8%,15.9%,11.7%;clindamycin 83.1%,53.6%,44.4%;Levofloxacin 55.4%,61.5%,52.7%.Conclusion: Uu and Mh are the common pathogens of genitourinary tract infection.Our test can conduct the message of epidemiological data,clinical infection rates and medication guide for clinical.
