复方阿嗪米特联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗胆囊手术后功能性消化不良临床观察

目的：观察复方阿嗪米特联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗胆囊手术后并发功能性消化不良（FD）的效果及用药安全性。方法：选取2011年1月至2012年3月与我院行胆囊手术后并发功能性消化不良的患者112例,采用完全随机法将患者分为对照组（56例）与观察组（56例）,对照组单用马来酸曲美布汀100mg,3次/d,饭前服用,观察组给予马来酸曲美布汀100mg,3次/d,饭前服用,并在此基础上于饭后加用复方阿嗪米特肠溶片100mg,3次/d,疗程均为4周,观察所有患者临床食欲不振、腹胀、嗳气和腹痛症状的改善情况,并对两组患者临床疗效进行比较。结果：两组患者治疗后比治疗前症状均有较好改善,且具有显著性差异（P〈0.05）,观察组临床改善情况与治疗组相比效果明显,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,临床症状改善总有效率观察组（92.86%）明显高于对照组（76.78%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：复方阿嗪米特联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗胆囊手术后功能性消化不良的临床疗效较好,无明显不良反应,安全性高,能改善患者临床症状,提高患者生活质量,值得在临床上推广和应用。

The Efficacy Observation of Compound Azintamide Combined Maleate Trimebutine for Treating Functional Dyspepsia after Gall Bladder Surgery

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and safety of compound azintamide combined with ctrimebutine in treatment of functional dyspepsia（FD） after operation of gallbladder.Method： Selected 112 patients with functional indigestion after gallbladder operations from January 2011 to March 2012,all the patients were randomly divided into the control group（56 cases） and the observation group（56 cases）,the control group were singly given the treatment of 100mg of ctrimebutine for 3 times everyday,30 minutes before meals.While the observation group was given 100mg of ctrimebutine for 3 times everyday before meals combined with 100mg of compound azintamide enteric-coated tablets for 3 times everyday after meals,the course of treatment was 4 weeks,and explored the situation in all patients with clinical loss of appetite,bloating and abdominal pain,and compared the clinical effect of two groups of patients.Result： The two groups of patients were all better improved after treatment than before the treatment symptoms,and had significant difference（P0.05）,the observation group clinical improvement was better obviously compared with the treatment group,had statistically significant（P0.05）,the total effective rate of clinical symptoms improved in the observation group（92.86%） was much higher than that in the control group（76.78%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of compound azintamide combined with ctrimebutine in treatment of functional dyspepsia after operation of gallbladder is better,without obvious adverse reaction,can improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of patients＇ life,and it deserves application and promotion in clinical work.
