胃病和干槽症在发病上的相关性分析

目的：探讨胃病和干槽症在发病上的相关性并对其原因进行分析。方法：随机选取需拔除下颌阻生智齿患者分成胃病组和非胃病组，对患者口腔幽门螺杆菌进行聚合酶链反应检测，分别观察其干槽症发生情况；对 同一胃病患者拔除两颗下颌阻生智齿者在胃病治疗（抗幽门螺杆菌治疗）前后各拔一颗，观察幽门螺杆菌阳性率和干槽症发生率的变化。结果：胃病组129例243颗牙，其中114例需拔除两颗下颌阻生智齿，非胃病组126例222颗牙；口腔幽门螺杆菌阳性率两组分别为55．81％和18．25％，差异非常显著（P＜0．01），干槽症发生率胃病组25．93％，明显高于非胃病组7．21％（P＜0．01），胃病组治疗后幽门螺杆菌阳性率和干槽症发生率均有显著降低（P＜0．05）。结论：胃病和干槽症在发病上可能相关，其机理可能与口腔幽门螺杆菌有关。

A Clinical Research on the Relationship between Dry Socket and Gastric Diseases

Objective: To study the dry socket occurrence rate of patients with gastric diseases, and to investigate the relationship between dry socket and helicobacter pylori (HP). Methods: Our approach to the study is to make a random selection of patients with extraction of impacted teeth and a random division of patients into 2 groups: the gastric disease group and the non gastric disease group. 114 patients in the gastric disease group that had 2 impacted teeth were further divided into the untreated HP therapy group and the anti HP therapy group. Observations were made on the changes in the positive rates and incidence. Results: 465 teeth in 255 cases were studied, and occurrence of the gastric disease group and the non gastric disease group were 25.93% and 7.21% respectively , with a significant statistical difference (P<0.01). The HP positive rates of the two groups were 55.81% and 18.25% respectively , indicating a significant statistical difference too (P<0.01). DS frequency and HP positive rate for the untreated HP therapy group were much higher than the anti HP therapy group (p<0.05). Conclusion: There might be some relationship between DS and occurrence of gastric diseases, and anti HP therapy for patients with gastric disease was effective in preventing dry sockets.
