糖尿病视网膜病变致病危险因子控制与药物干预

糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病患者常见和严重的并发症之一,也是糖尿病患者视力损害的最主要原因,其发病率一直呈现增长的趋势。随着对DR发病机制的深入研究,通过对血糖、血压及血脂危险因子的控制,以及多种药物的应用,对DR的防治取得了可喜的进展,本文就近年来对DR的危险因子控制及药物治疗的现状做一综述。

Disease risk factor control and drug intervention in diabetic retinopathy

Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the common and serious complications of diabetes, which also the main causes of visual impairment in patients with diabetes, and its incidence has been increasing. With the in-depth study of the pathogenesis of DR, through the control of risk factors including blood glucose, blood pressure and lipid, as well as the application of a variety of drugs, the prevention and cure of DR achieved a certain effect. In this paper, we make a review of the present status and progress in recent years on the DR control risk factors and drug intervention.
