| 摘 要： | 目的：了解椎体骨巨细胞瘤的诊断和治疗方法。方法：回顾分析1988－1998年间经病理证实的椎体骨巨细胞瘤病例共9例，采用广泛手术切除，局部来活和辅以放疗等治疗措施。结果：绝大多数病人（8／9）术后症状明显消失，术后随访2－8年，平均3．5年，未见复发和转移。结论：体骨巨细胞瘤诊断困难，广泛的手术切除辅以局部灭活和效疗是其首选治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of vertebral giant cell tumors.Methods:From 1988 to 1998,we had treated operatively 9 cases of vertebral giant cell tumors,with wide excision,local inactiveness and radiotherapy.Results:Most of the patients(8/9)restored their living ability.All of the patients were followed up for a mean of 3.5 years(range from 2 to 8 years) after operation,no recurrence and metastasis was found.Conclusion:The diagnosis of vertebral giant cell tumor is difficult,the key point of the treatment is wide excision. |
