摘    要:目的:测定复方利血平片中氯化钾的含量。方法:用水制备供试品溶液,加入氯化钠消除电离干扰,将供试品溶液喷入乙炔—空气火焰,用标准曲线法测定氯化钾的含量。结果:氯化钾在0.5~3.0μg范围内,线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9982;在标示量的80%、100%、120%三个浓度点测定回收率,平均回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.3%(n=9)。结论:本法简单、快速、准确、重现性好,适用于复方利血平片中氯化钾含量的测定。

Determination of Potassium Chloride in Compound Reserpine Tablets by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract:Objective:A flame atomic aksorption spectrometry method for the determination of potassium chloride in compound reserpine tablets was established.Methods:The sample solutions were prepared with water and sodium chloride was added to eliminate ionization interference.Results:The sample solutions were injected into air-acetylene flame.The content of potassium were calculated by standard calibration curves.The linear range fro potassium chloride was 0.5~3.0μg,r=0.9982.The average recovery rate Was 100.2%,RSD=1.3%(n=9).Conclusion:The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproductive.
